Company History;

Established in 1994, Perfect Outlook is a family run company.  We initially offered domestic refurbishments to our clients. Through client requests we broadened our services to include all aspects of building and construction.

Perfect Outlook was established by Glen Butler.  Glen is passionately interested in all areas of the business and has worked hard to expand the services offered and the satisfaction of our clients.

His interest and knowledge of the materials and methods we use to create spaces our clients wish to achieve is second to none.

We have a varied client base which has expanded from a private domestic clientel to include both large and small construction companies and national housing developers.

Please telephone or email us to allow us to provide you with a budget estimate of the work you require. Please provide the following information;

• A clear concise description of the works you wish us to undertake
• Approximate measurements of the works involved
• Your name, address and telephone number and email address if applicable

Please note that quotes provided are a guide price only. We will provide you with a firm quotation at your request if you wish to progress your project with us.

Our mission is to provide a service to our clients unrivalled by any. We will work with our clients directly or with their appointed designers to create peaceful, visually stimulating and satisfying spaces.

How We Work;

To eliminate potential problems associated with construction projects we have developed a transparent method of working with our clients;

• The client requests an estimate
• We will confirm to the client in writing the outline briefing
• We will prepare a written budget estimate of the works included in the briefing
• The client approves the budget
• We will meet with the client to discuss the exact specification and project costs. We will confirm these costs in writing
• The client approves the designs and project costs. This is a GUARANTEED MAXIMUM COST for the works included within the written confirmation of the project costs at stage 5
• Working drawings are prepared by our drafting department
• Before commencing works we will prepare a written programme of works
• Works commence
• Daily progress reports are provided to the client
• If the client requires a variation during the construction period the details of the works and the associated costs will be confirmed in writing to the client before the additional works commence to ensure all parties are aware of the alteration to the maximum guaranteed cost.
• On completion of the works we will carry out a joint inspection with the client to ensure all items are to the client's satisfaction
• We will agree a reasonable period with the client for any snagging items to be completed
• We will offer a 6 (six) month guarantee period on completion of the works during which time we will return free of charge to rectify defects arising due to workmanship or materials

Statutory Requirements;

We hold;

Public Liability Insurance to the sum of £5,000,000.00
A current Health and Safety Policy

Payment Terms;

Our payment terms are flexible and can be tailored to individual client requirements upon discussion.

Our standard terms are a 25% deposit with interval payments at 14 day intervals. Settlement of the final account on completion of the project.
